Christine McMahon & students, Sarah Luedke and Lilu Scott celebrate their outstanding performances in March 2019 at the Mid-Island Music Festival. Both students were nominated to represent Nanaimo at the Provincial Music Festival held in Chilliwack, BC in May 2019. There Lilu was awarded First Place in the Seniors Classical Voice Division and Sarah received Honorable Mention in the Intermediate Musical Theatre Division.

Lilu Scott received 'Honorable Mention' in the Senior Classical & Senior Vocal Variety Divisions at the 2018 Provincial Music Festival in Victoria.

Chosen to represent Nanaimo at the 2017 Provincial Music Festival, these three young singers came home with the following B.C. Provincial awards: Juliana Cook (Honorable Mention, Senior Classical Division), Sarah Luedke (First in Junior Classical) and Lilu Scott (First in Intermediate Classical & Vocal Variety).

Three Sopranos and a Piano

Voice Alive Music Studio presented a mid-summer's recital featuring three beautiful and accomplished sopranos, Elizabeth Herman, Brittany Hannah and Haley Wrobel, to a full house at St. Paul's Anglican Church on July 28, 2012. The program featured a variety of solos and ensembles from the 17th - the 20th c., accompanied by the talented pianist, Donna Falconer.

Christmas Benefit Concert & Silent Auction Raises $3,000. for Loaves & Fishes

Voice Alive Singers presented 'Glad Tidings' 2011, their Dec. 4 Christmas Benefit Concert & Silent Auction at St. Philip's by-the-Sea in Lantzville, netting $3,000 for Loaves & Fishes Community Food Bank.
